All items are available for pickup as long as you can transport it but delivery is recommended as installation is FREE and to make sure your balloon arrives in perfect condition. If you elect pickup FoxValley Balloons & Rentals is not responsible for any mishaps that happen once you leave location. You can choose either Batavia or St Charles as a pickup location (exact location, days, and times TBA). Delivery fee based on miles driven.

Any balloon stands that you have are to be returned to FoxValley Balloons & Rentals the following month. Just bring it back at the next pickup 😊
