How do I place an order?
All orders start by filling out the "let's talk" form located on the bottom of every page. All information must be filled in and accurate.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly.
How do I pay?
Once we have finalized your order, there is a 20% deposit. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Chase quick pay. Any outstanding balance will be due two weeks before the event date.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery charges are based on the event address.
How long will my balloons last?
All helium balloons are coated with a glue that extends the life of the balloon. Generally helium balloons will last about 3 days indoors but can last longer!

Air filled balloons can last months depending on the conditions.
*All balloons are very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be effected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.
Disclaimer
Once setup is complete or after you picked up I cannot guarantee your balloons will last. Toddlers, tree branches, grass, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are just a few examples of things that can pop your balloons. FoxValley Balloons is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.
Cancellations
All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If full payment was made, the following chart applies:
15+ days before event - 80% credit
10-14 days before the event - 60% credit
6-9 days before the event - 40% credit
0-5 days before the event - 0% credit
The venue I want requires all vendors to have insurance, are you insured?
Yes I am fully insured. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance please have them email me at foxvalleyballoons@yahoo.com
I already purchased balloons, can you inflate them and design for me?
Unfortunately I only decorate with balloons I carry.
No no no
Absolutely no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, dust/powder, pen/crayon etc. allowed on the bounce house, ball pit and soft play area. NO ANIMALS allowed on or near the equipment. Any damage beyond typical wear and tear will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damaged items. We do not set up at events with face paint. If you insist on having a face painter please schedule it at the end of the event once we remove the rented items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Oh no it’s going to rain!
No worries! If the weather calls for rain I will setup all balloon decorations and rentals indoors or under a tent you provide. Before booking keep in mind an alternate setup spot just in case it rains! FoxValley Balloons & Rentals does not reschedule or issue refunds.
